Nevertheless, special regulations are important to ensure the safety and protection of exhibitors and visitors. Our hall planning as well as the layout of the halls will be adapted to the current circumstances and the number of exhibitors.
There can be a change in the hall allocation and which halls are occupied.
Plans will be sent out at the appropriate time.
As in previous years, you can cancel your participation free of charge up to two weeks after admission (probably made at the beginning of April 2021). After that, our cancellation terms apply. Please find them in our special conditions of participation.
If HAM RADIO cannot take place, we will naturally refund any payments already made for the rental of your stand space. Any claims for damages shall be rejected.
In cooperation with the authorities, we are doing our best to assess the situation realistically and to communicate a possible cancellation of the fair in good time in order to avoid additional costs.
If the cancellation is due to travel restrictions imposed by the authorities in the home country or in Germany and the travel restrictions make entry impossible or unreasonable for the exhibitor, the exhibitor will not be charged a stand rent or the stand rent will be refunded. The travel restrictions in the home country must be proven to us by means of suitable documents.
